Homeplaces is also able to support your pre-construction process—including, but not limited to:
- Home Site Selection. We can help you select a neighborhood, lot, and house placement based on your needs and wants.
- Plan Development. We’ll walk through options for your exterior and interior—from façade, to window placement, to materials, to floor plan, to wish-list items—to create a conceptual schematic design and floor plan for you.
- Pricing. After finalizing your concept—rough home placement, plan, and any special features—we’ll provide an estimate that takes your home, architectural requirements and community standards, and materials into account.
